My mother lives in a retirement facility. After lunch, I was telling her about this young man. I have hired him to produce materials to help other home schooled students to do what he did.
As we were leaving, a woman sitting at the next table asked: "But what about his social skills?"
I replied (approximately):
He is skilled enough to earn a full-time salary as a college graduate. He is skilled enough not to have to spend the next five years sitting in classrooms at his parents' expense of $50,000 or more. He is skilled enough to miss all those fraternity parties. He is skilled enough not to graduate with $20,000 in student loans -- or fail to graduate with $17,000 in student loans.
She was not impressed.
What about you?
With my system, a high school student can do what he did. This is not the norm. It usually takes until age 20. I describe my system here.
